Our inspection services are comprehensive evaluations taking 3 or 4 hours to complete. Inspections are devoted the time required to complete them accurately and verbally review findings with the buyer in attendance.

A custom, narrative written report is prepared for each inspection that describes each component of the building, any maintenance concerns and defects. A summary with recommendations and digital photograph documentation of significant issues are provided in each report. Our reports are not check sheet style or limited preparation. A two to three day turn around allows us to provide carefully reviewed and accurate reports. The reports are emailed, faxed or hard copy delivered to buyer's and their attorney's.
