Shelterworks, Inc., a full service home inspection company, was conceived by Joseph Corsetto over 25 years ago. Mr. Corsetto has over 35 years of inspecting experience with thousands of completed inspections in defect recognition. Extensive and ongoing training, strict Code of Ethics, and professional standards are the core of our services and philosophy. We look forward to working with our clients.

We assist buyers in an evaluation of the home they are purchasing. It is all part of a process. The process begins when people find the house of their dreams, it may be spring, when the lawns are at their alluring greenest and the azaleas are their most heartbreakingly brilliant, or winter with a white snow frosting and holiday lights lifting spirits. Then you hire a home inspector to give a more dispassionate examination for structural framing problems, water and insect damage, uneven floor surfaces, cracked foundations, roofing defects, amateur repairs and other things that can make for a house of horrors. Whether a home has need of maintenance and repairs or has been well maintained, our inspections provide insightful information on the building and its major systems. Helpful hints on maintenance and care are presented at the time of the inspection and in our detailed written reports.
